Dave photographed our Wedding on 4.9.21 at the Crown hotel, Wetheral. The photos are absolutely gorgeous, and the USB stick is beautifully presented in a bespoke gift box. Dave was very professional, patient and easy to talk to throughout and the resulting photos are beautiful. Thank you so much for capturing many special moments.
Julie & Adrian, Carlisle

Thank you again to Dave for providing us with fantastic quality photos and for capturing every part of our special day. Dave was very professional and the service was excellent. Couldn’t be happier. Thank you again and we will definitely recommend!
Amanda & Brian, Workington

Thanks for your help on Saturday, you made us feel special and relaxed.
Nicola & Grant, Cockermouth

I just wanted to drop you a note to say thanks for the photos, we are so pleased with them, they look fabulous. You had a very relaxed approach and were happy to take our ideas which we liked, as I’ve been to weddings where the photographer is quite pushy and takes over the day, I wouldn’t have liked that at all. Thanks again, both our families love the photos!
Nia & Darren, Gretna

The level of professionalism from the off-set was outstanding. The passion for photography radiates throughout his work, and the quality he delivers is second to none. Dave’s attitude towards what we wanted out of him was superb, which is something you won’t find in all elements of your big day.
What’s just as important as finding a photographer who delivers exceptional quality, is finding one who is friendly and has the patience of a saint. And I’m delighted to say Dave excels in all of these attributes…. I seriously cannot recommend him enough.
Thanks once again Dave from us both…
Kayleigh & Shaun, Whitehaven

When we first hired Dave Wilson for our wedding photography, he came to visit us and we discussed exactly what we wanted, the venues and the times. He was very friendly, polite and professional and my husband and I felt assured that our wedding photography was in the best hands! We were 100% right.
On the day, Mr Wilson arrived at our venue early to take those all-important arrival shots! He dressed smartly and acted professionally throughout the day. He captured beautiful moments from our ceremony and some great group shots outside the venue, despite having children to contend with and lots of different family and friend groups. He managed to get all the shots we wanted efficiently so our guests could relax with a drink. We then took some beautiful pictures of just my husband and myself in the grounds, with Mr Wilson offering creative ideas for pictures.
Our evening reception was in a different location 20 minutes away, but that was no trouble. Again, Mr Wilson arrived early and got some lovely pictures of our cake, sweet table and decor. We have some amazing pictures outside our venue. All our family and friends have commented on these ones especially. Mr Wilson took his time trying all kinds of different variations, poses, angles and it really paid off. He then stayed late to capture the first dance. This was my main priority, and we couldn’t be any happier with the photographs. There are also many pictures of both us and our guests enjoying the reception, which was the perfect touch!
We are thrilled with our photographs, which we received in a timely manner. Mr Wilson came to our home to deliver our wedding album. This was presented in a beautiful personalised box, and the USB itself had our names on it. We love it. We look back at our pictures and get to enjoy the best moments of our day all over again, all thanks to Dave Wilson.
Kirstie & Stephen, Whitehaven

What a nice man Dave is, from start to finish the service we received was totally brilliant. Our wedding photos are so beautiful and so nicely presented. I can’t recommend Dave highly enough.
Steph & William, Whitehaven

Dave was helpful from start to finish, he really listening to what husband and I wanted to capture on our wedding day and achieved this perfectly. He was very calm and supportive on the day, always patient when other things needed sorted. All my wedding party felt very comfortable around Dave and he captured the essence of this beautifully. To top it off, it was a real treat to receive our photos on a memory stick, presented in a beautiful personalised box. We are extremely grateful to Dave for his work and would recommend him to anyone.
Suzanne & Rowan, Whitehaven

What a fantastic bloke Dave is. Very professional but very friendly. From the minute we met him at our first booking appointment he made us feel at ease. He was very organised and made it clear he would do as we asked. On the day he captured our special moments without any hassle or problems. Loved the final photos when we received them. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dave Wilson’s Wedding Photography
Karen & Tony, Middlesborough

Dave Wilson’s photos of our wedding were exactly what we had hoped for…and more!  We can highly recommend him.
Keith and Sue, Whitehaven

Seriously Dave, we’ve heard of so many people that have been disappointed with their wedding photos! I was so glad I knew someone who would do such a good job, we couldn’t be happier with them and can’t thank you enough!  You don’t get the chance to do a retake, so can’t emphasize enough how much these mean!
Many many thanks from an extremely grateful happy couple!
Rowan & Suzanne, Whitehaven

Thanks to Dave Wilson for the great wedding photos who came on board at short notice when we were let down by another photographer. Planning our wedding photos with Dave was really easy, as we do not live in the Lake District we did a lot over the phone, Dave understood our ideas and requirements and just made it happen easily. The results are great and well presented, no hassle with all the images on a USB stick in a lovely presentation case.  And all for a very competitive price. Thanks!
Claire & Robin, Santon
